Take a pan add oil add potato and fry and keep aside paneer cubes add pan and fry keep aside all vegetables fry and add keep aside cashwnut fry and onion fry keep aside
Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds black pepper clove and tomatoes and stir fry well add ginger garlic paste and green chili salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder and stir fry and add half brown onion and stir fry add curd and add vegetables and cook well and add coriander leaves mint leaves biryani masala and add lemon juice keep aside
Take a pan add water and salt bay leaf and cinnamom stick black cordamam green cordamam star anees and few coriander mint leaves 1ts oil and bring boil add sock rice and 80% to cook and add tbsp lemon juice and drain water keep aside in a bowl add milk and add casar keep aside
Take a pan add boil rice layer add brown onion and chopped coriander mint leaves sprinkle and vegetables layer all vegetables and rice layer set and sprinkle casar milk casar colour rose water coriander leaves mint leaves green chili brown onion and fry paneer cubes and cashwnut garnish and 2 tbs Desi ghee and cover with foil paper and lid and keep in full Flame 5 minutes and 12 minutes slow Flame
After 12 minutes Flame off and check rice and ready to serve vegetables biryani
