  1. Heat some oil in a small pan. Add beaten eggs, cook for a few minutes then flip over to make a simple omelette. Cut up and set aside. Chop garlic, onion and chilli. Cook in some oil until soft. Add mince and cook on medium heat stirring frequently
  2. When the mince is brown, add fish sauce and Soy sauce. Cook on medium still for another 4-5 mins. Add basil and chopped omelette
  3. Serve with rice, super yummy!
