  1. Prepare 2 cups Wheat flour

  7. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp amchoor to taste
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  11. Get 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
  12. Take as required Coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Broccoli Parantha:
  1. Take Whole wheat atta to a big bowl and gradually add water to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 15-20 minutes. Till then do the preparation for the broccoli fillings.
  2. Wash, cut and mince broccoli florets and tender stem along with ginger and green chillies.add chopped coriander leaves too.
  3. Now take the minced ingredients in a plate and mix the dry Masalas and salt to taste. - Mix everything well using hands.
  4. Pinch the dough and make a ball - Roll out little and make like a small katori.
  5. Place the filling in the center and close it like a stuffed ball holding all the sides.
  6. Pat between the palms so that filling will take place evenly - Now roll it gently using some dry flour - Place it on hot tawa and cook.
  7. Flip once and apply ghee - Turn again and let it cook crispy.
  8. Remove in a plate when done and enjoy with butter, pickle and yogurt.
