Making veggie kabobs is super easy to make. The simple marinade makes these veggie shish kabobs so tasty not only for adults but also for kids. These colorful kabobs look so inviting that everyone will. Along with the cabbage, I sometimes throw in shredded carrots, leftover meat and veggies.

Instructions to make Cabbage veggie:
  1. First of all cut all the veggies.and boil chana dal in water keep it aside for 10 min.
  2. Now take a kadai and add oil and jeera..now add chana dal to it.. saute it for 3-4 minutes and then potatoes to it..fry it for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now add turmeric powder following cabbage and tomato.mix it well.
  4. Now add salt to it and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Now add coriander powder and Red chilli powder.. mix it well.
  6. Cook it til cabbage and potato gets fully soft.now add kasuri methi and coriander..then switch off the flame and cover the lid for 1 min.
  7. Your cabbage veggie is ready to serve..have it with parathas.

These colorful kabobs look so inviting that everyone will. Along with the cabbage, I sometimes throw in shredded carrots, leftover meat and veggies.
