  1. Take a bowl and add the wheat flour,egg,2 tsp oil,sugar and little salt.keep it aside for 1 hour then using the rolling stick make a square shaped sheet and cut it into rectangle sheets of same size.
  2. In a pan boil water and into the boiling water add little oil.when the water is boiling add the rectangle sheets slowly without mixing up.After some time when the sheets are cooked drain the water and put the sheets in cold water and later remove it to a cotton sheet to dry.
  3. White sauce:Take a pan add some butter and 1 tsp crushed garlic.then add milk to the same and while boiling the milk add half cup cheese along with 1 tsp italian spice mix and make a thick white sauce
  4. Red sauce:Take another pot add some oil add chopped onion,2 tsp crushed garlic and once it turns rose on colour add the tomatoes.then add the chilli powder and 2 tsp italian spice mix to the mixture finally add the minced boiled chicken and turn off the gas.
  5. Take a big rectangular glass bowl to bake the lasagna
  6. Add red sauce as the first layer of the lasagna then add white sauce then shredded cheese then cover it with the lasgana sheets then above it add some white sauce then red sauce.repeat this process until the bowl is almost full
  7. On the top add one layer of cheese and sprinkle italian spice mix and chilli flakes.
  8. Bake for about 20 min until the top of the lasagna becomes light brown.
  9. Serve with chilled beverages.
