Seafood Pasta is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. Seafood Pasta is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have seafood pasta using 10 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. Get 2 seabass fillet (cut into small pieces)
  2. Make ready King prawns
  3. Take parsley (chopped)
  4. Prepare coriander (chopped)
  5. Make ready 6 gloves of garlic (chopped)
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup white wine
  7. Prepare 1 cup vegetable stock
  8. Take 1 tbsp butter
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
  10. Prepare salt & pepper
Steps to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. In a pan, add oil, when hot enough pan fry fish until crispy and cooked. Set aside.
  2. Remove the fish from the pan, and add prawns and cook. Remove when done.
  3. In another small pot, prepare the veg stock.
  4. In another pot/pan, add oil and garlic, heat them up at the same time.
  5. When you see garlic is turning brown, add stock into the pot, and butter, soya sauce mix well. set aside.
  6. Cook the pasta.
  7. Once pasta is cooked, place them on the plate with fish and prawns, pour over the sauce and garnish with coriander and parsley.
  8. Serve.
