  2. Get large Carrots, sliced into discs
  3. Prepare sliced portobello mushrooms
  4. Take Good size yellow onions
  5. Take celery, sliced
  6. Get large garlic cloves, sliced thin
  7. Get cream of chicken soup
  8. Get bar of cream cheese
  9. Take Sharp Velveeta cheese, 1/2" thick
  10. Get Queso Blanco Velveeta cheese, 1/2" thick
  11. Take Thick egg noodle, as much as you like
  12. Take ground black pepper
  13. Prepare chili powder
  14. Make ready garlic powder (to season chicken)
  15. Get onion powder (to season chicken)
  16. Get Sea Salt (for boiling pasta water)
  17. Get Pam cooking spray
Steps to make Winner Dinner:
  1. Add both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 broth, and the cream cheese to the crock pot & also add garlic & onion powder to your preference.
  2. Cut onion, carrot, celery & garlic cloves. I slice the celery, carrot, & garlic clove into "discs", and cut the onion into medium size rings, them into decent size chunks.
  3. Add all of the veggies to rest of broth in a skillet and turn to med-high.
  4. Cook these just until a little bit soft. While they are cooking, slice & cube both Velveeta cheeses, and add veggies & broth, and cubed cheeses to crock pot.
  5. Next add the mushrooms to the crock pot
  6. Add a little chili powder, stir, and cover and cook on high for about 2-3 hours, checking and storing as needed.
  7. Lastly, boil the egg noodles (with desired sea salt) a few minutes less than directed on package. *This way they do not become soggy once covered in the cheesy mixture (:
  8. Rinse the noodles in a colander with cold water to stop the cooking.
  9. Add noodles to bowl and cover with cheese mixture. Garnish with black pepper, get cozy and enjoy your comfort food!
