  3. Take 6 whole Red chilli

  5. Make ready 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste

  7. Take 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  8. Get 1/2 tsp – rosted cumin powder
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
  11. Get as needed Whole Spices
  12. Prepare 2 Bay leaf
  13. Get 1 inch Cinnamon
  14. Prepare 1 Black cardamom
  15. Get 1/2 tbsp Khaskhas
  16. Take 2 tbsp - chopped Dhania leaves
  17. Take 1/2 cup - mint leaves (optional)
  18. Take 3 - green chillies chopped
  19. Get as needed oil for frying
Instructions to make Soybean Shami Kabab | Shami Kabab Recipe | Veg Kabab:
  1. Soak in hot water or boil water soya granules separately for 30 minutes.
  2. Take the soaked soya granules and squeeze out any water that is left.
  3. Wash chanadal, take soya granules and cook with all the remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. After one whistles, lower the flame and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Take cooled chanadal,whole spices,Soya chunks, grind a coarse paste.
  5. Add coriander leaf chopped in kabab mixture or paste.
  6. Now apply some oil in your palm.
  7. Take a hot pan, and put 1/2 cup oil.
  8. Put one by one kabab in a frying pan.
  9. Shallow fry it on the medium flame from both the sides till it turns into golden brown color.
  10. Now serve the soya bean shami kabab by sprinkle chaat masala.corander leaf and onion and enjoy with parath,Roti, Rice.
