For Rice. Cook the soaked rice. In a broad pan heat butter. Add garlic and chilli flakes and saute well. Add onions and saute for 1-2 mins. Add all remaining veggies and cook for 2 mins. Add salt, pepper and rice.Mix well and keep aside.
For Rajma spread. In a pan heat butter. Add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute well. Now add onions and cook until soft golden. Now add tomatoes and cook until soft. Mash with spatula.
