  1. For Rice. Cook the soaked rice. In a broad pan heat butter. Add garlic and chilli flakes and saute well. Add onions and saute for 1-2 mins. Add all remaining veggies and cook for 2 mins. Add salt, pepper and rice.Mix well and keep aside.

  5. Assembling. Take a transparent glass. Make a large layer of rice. Upon that make a medium size layer of refried beans. On it make a layer of sour cream and at last a layer of uncooked salsa. Add some crushed Nacho chips and grated cheese. Decorated with some coriander.
