Prepare 1 \2 kg beef or mutton

Prepare 1 medium onion
Make ready to taste Salt
Get Whole spices
Make ready 3 green chillies
Take 1 small ginger
Get 1 bay leaf
Make ready 6-8 cup water
Prepare For gravy
Take 1 cup yogurt
Get 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Get to taste Salt
Get 1 \2 tsp black cumin
Take 1 \2 tsp fennel seed powder
Prepare 7 dried plum
Take 1 tbsp green chilli paste
Take leaves Mint
Prepare Fried onion
Instructions to make Yakhni Pulao:
Put all yakhni ingredients with meat and cook for 3 hours until meat get tender.
Now take out meat from yakhni and strain the yakhni.keep aside.
Heat ghee in a pot add black cumin and cooked meat and fry well.
Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and bhunofy
Now add yogurt,fennel powder,black pepper,salt and plums and bhunofy.
Add prepared yakhni according to your rice.
Bring it to boil.
Add soaked rice in it and mix it and coo it till the rice are 3/4 cooked and water is dried.
Add fried onion and mint.
Now put a lid on it and put it on sun for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
Yakhni pulao is ready.
