  19. Take 1 \2 tsp fennel seed powder
  20. Prepare 7 dried plum
  21. Take 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  22. Take leaves Mint
  23. Prepare Fried onion
Instructions to make Yakhni Pulao:
  1. Put all yakhni ingredients with meat and cook for 3 hours until meat get tender.
  2. Now take out meat from yakhni and strain the yakhni.keep aside.
  3. Heat ghee in a pot add black cumin and cooked meat and fry well.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and bhunofy
  5. Now add yogurt,fennel powder,black pepper,salt and plums and bhunofy.
  6. Add prepared yakhni according to your rice.
  7. Bring it to boil.
  8. Add soaked rice in it and mix it and coo it till the rice are 3/4 cooked and water is dried.
  9. Add fried onion and mint.
  10. Now put a lid on it and put it on sun for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
  11. Yakhni pulao is ready.
