  13. Take For Roasted dry masala:-
  14. Take 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  15. Take 3 Dry red chillies

  17. Get 1 Big size onion chopped
  18. Take 1 Big size Tomato chopped
  19. Get 1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
  20. Get 1 Teaspoon chopped ginger
  21. Make ready 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  22. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. Take 2 dry red chillies
  24. Take 2 bay leaves
  25. Get 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
  26. Make ready 2 Tablespoons ghee
  27. Prepare 2 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions to make Dalma:
  1. Cut all vegetables in cubes.
  2. Soak daal for 15 Minutes.
  3. Rosat cumin seeds and dry red chilli on low flame and grind it.
  4. In a pressure cooker add dal, chopped vegetables, salt and water Cook it till 2-3 whistles.
  5. Heat the ghee in a pan.Add Cumin seeds, bay leaf and red chilli.
  6. Add Onion, chopped ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Now add the red chilli powder, turmaric powder. Stir fry for a few seconds.
  7. Now in this masala add cooked dal, vegetables required water stir it. Add salt and roasted ground masala and fresh coriander.
  8. Serve Dalma with steamed rice.
