  35. Prepare 6 cup boiling water

Instructions to make Nargisi kofta baryani:
  1. First prepare baryani masala.salt,red chilli powder,termeric powdercurry leaves,dry plum,green and blk cardimom.(all set aside)
  2. Now take blk and white cumin seed,cloves,blk pepper corn,cinnamon sticks,netmeg and maise.
  3. Add in mixer grinder.grinder to make fine powder
  4. Now mix all ingredients (fine grinded madsla.whole masala and salt red chilli powder and termeric powder.
  5. Now make chicken nargisi kofta.for this add onion green chilli and fresh coriander in mincer.mince well
  6. Now add chicken mince.mince well for 15 second.
  7. Now add salt red pepper powder,haldi and 2 tabspoon garam flour
  8. Mix well in mincer.
  9. Now prepare nargisi kofta.Boil 5 eggs.coat and cover eggs by wrapping prepared chicken mince with oil added in hands.
  10. Heat oil in wok fry by turning all sides until cook well and golden.
  11. Boil 6 cup of water add 2 tabsp salt,3 green chillies 2 curry leaves few mint leaves and 2 tabsp oil.
  12. Prepare ingredients for last step of cooking baryani.Chop 2 medium onion and 3 medium tomatoes.take 1 1 tabsp ginger garlic paste.1 1/2cup yougart,preapred baryani masala, koftay and rice.fresh corriender,mint leaves,green chillies and lemon slices for garnishing.
  13. Now heat 5 tabsp oil in a pan.Add onion,fry until light golden add g g paste fry 30 second,add tomatoes.cover and cook for 3 minutes.when tender.
  14. Add baryani masala in yougart.add in pan.cook for 2 minute.
  15. Add prepared koftas.cover and cook for 2 to 3 minute
  16. Now remove kofta
  17. Add rice in baryani masala.add orange colour mix with yougart.
  18. Add koftas.garnish with fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies and lemon slices.
  19. Cook on very low heat for 5 minutes.
  20. Open the lid.
  21. Cut koftas in 2 halves.serve hot.it's yummy😋
