  1. Take 2 Drum stick .
  2. Get 1/4 kilo Yam .
  3. Prepare banana Raw kerala 2

  6. Take 50 gms Snake gourd .

Instructions to make Avial:
  1. Wash and cut all the above vegetables  into 2 inch length pieces.
  2. Cook adding 1/2a cup of water,turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Grind coconut coarsely  adding green chilly and jeera.
  4. Add this to the cooked vegetables and stir for 5 second.Then add curds.
  5. Put off the stove and then add coconut oil and curry leaves.
  6. Tasty avail is ready.
