  1. Take 1 and half glass rice(soaked)
  2. Take 1 cup peas
  3. Take 2 chopped carrots
  4. Make ready 1 potato (chips shape)
  5. Take 1 large onion
  6. Make ready 1 tomato
  7. Make ready 3 green chili
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Make ready 1 Knorr cube
  10. Make ready 1 teaspoon gram masala
  11. Get 1/2 cup oil
Steps to make Vegetable Rice:
  1. In a pan add oil and brown the onion when it brown add water and add salt, gram masala and tomato and cover it that tomatoes become soft
  2. Now add peas, carrot and potatoes and green chili and knor cube and bhonify it.
  3. Than add water almost 3 glass and cover the pan until water boiled and peas done.
  4. When water boil add rice let the water dry. When water dry cover rice for 5 to 10 min dum.
  5. Rice is ready serve it with raita or pickle.
