Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, fried rice. It is one of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Fried rice is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. Fried rice is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have fried rice using 16 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Prepare 1 kilo of Chicken
  2. Prepare 1/2 Bulb of Garlic
  3. Take 1 cup peas
  4. Make ready 3 medium carrots
  5. Make ready 1 Big green, red, yellow ball pepper
  6. Prepare 1 Tablespoon curry
  7. Take 1 Tablespoon Thyme
  8. Prepare 2 knorr cubes
  9. Prepare 1/2 tb white pepper
  10. Take 1/2 tb black pepper
  11. Get 10 strands spring onions
  12. Take 3 cups rice
  13. Prepare Salt (to taste)
  14. Make ready Fried rice spice
  15. Get 1 Big spoon cooking oil
  16. Prepare 2 bulbs of Onion
Steps to make Fried rice:
  1. Wash and season Chicken with 1 knorr cube, 1 onion, curry, Thyme and white Pepper. - Boil after marinating for 30minutes. - Fry, your chicken and set it aside.
  2. Wash all vegetables and diced carrots into small cubes remove seeds from green, yellow and red pepper and cut, then cut the sausages into desired shapes.
  3. Parboil rice with Chicken stock and salt after sieveing, add little water to cook and make sure the rice is not too soft
  4. Put a clean Pan on Cooker, heat oil add onions saute for 2minutes,add garlic stir and saute for a minute, then add carrots, sausages continuing stirring, add bell peppers, Thyme, curry, fried rice spice, 1 knorr cube, salt to taste and reduce heat, then add your spring onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the Fried veggies over the cooked rice, stir, add the peas and add your black and white pepper cover and reduce heat, let it cook for 3minutes taste and adjust with salt if need be.
