Hey everyone, it’s me, Dave, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, chicken quesadillas. It is one of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Zesty chicken and cooked peppers are a tasty delight when mixed with cheese and stuffed in a tortilla to create chicken quesadillas. For our chicken quesadillas, we use a combination of Monterey jack and cheddar. But you can substitute any melty cheese you prefer. Our biggest piece of advice: Don't worry about cheese spilling.

The ingredients needed to make Chicken Quesadillas:
  1. Prepare 2 Tortilla wraps
  2. Make ready 1 chicken breast

  6. Get Cheese (as desired)
  7. Get 1 small onion
  8. Prepare 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Paste

  11. Prepare 1 Cube Seasoning
  12. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  13. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

Best Chicken Quesadilla Recipe- Hands Down. When we think of comfort food, we turn straight to melted cheese, every time. And what better vehicle for melted cheese is there than the humble baked. Chicken Quesadillas are absolutely a go-to recipe in our household, but while I've made them on my show (and have posted different variations of quesadillas here through the years), I just realized.

Instructions to make Chicken Quesadillas:
  1. Season the chicken with black pepper, onion powder, garlic paste, paprika, seasoning cube and oil. Massage thoroughly and cover with cling film to marinate for at least an hour or over night. Place a non stick pan on high flame, add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and pan grill the chicken breast on both side until cooked and slightly brown.
  2. Allow the chicken to cool a bit and dice into bite sizes. Set this aside. Dice the onions and bell peppers in strips. Place a pan on high flame. Add vegetable oil, heat up for about 2 minutes. Saute the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and season with black pepper and seasoning cube. Stir fry for 2 minutes and take off the heat. Set this aside.
  3. Place a non stick pan/iron skillet on medium flame. Place the tortilla wrap on the heated pan, spread crated cheese (as desired) followed by the chicken, the peppers, another layer of cheese then cover with another tortilla wrap.
  4. Flip it to warm up the other side and melt the cheese. Slice and serve. Can be served with Pico de gallo.

Chicken Quesadillas are absolutely a go-to recipe in our household, but while I've made them on my show (and have posted different variations of quesadillas here through the years), I just realized. We love everything about these quick and easy Chicken Quesadillas that are baked in the oven and ready in minutes. This recipe makes the best quesadillas, hands down! Quesadillas are a ridiculously uncomplicated dish: tortillas stuffed with cheese and whatever else your heart desires, pan fried until the interior is melted.
