  19. Get 1 tbsp fresh cream
  20. Take 2 tsp coriander powder
  21. Take 4 tbsp kasuri methi
  22. Get 1 lemon juice
  23. Get to taste Salt
  24. Prepare Water as required
Instructions to make Methi Veg korma:
  1. Make a fine paste of cashew nuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, Turmeric powder and keep aside
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add Nigella seeds. Wait for a minute
  3. Add curry leaves and garlic. Fry well..
  4. Add onion.. saute well.. cook till transparent. Add little salt
  5. Then Add tomatoes and fry till it's tender.
  6. Add all vegetables and fry for 7-8 minutes or till the raw smell gone.
  7. Add above ground paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add water and cook till vegetables done.
  9. Add coriander powder, lemon juice and mix well. Check seasoning.. Add salt if required.
  10. Put in kasuri methi and mix well.
  11. A minute before switching off the stove, add fresh cream and mix well.
  12. Serve hot with rice / naan
