  1. Prepare for the dough 500g whole meal flour, 1tsp instant yeast
  2. Take 750 ml Warm milk/water

Instructions to make Pizza:
  1. To make a pizza dooh, mix the yeast in warm milk and water and knead softy with the flour.
  2. Cover the mixture with a clean kitchen cloth and put in a warm place to allow the dooh to relax and prove and double in size
  3. To make the base brown the crushed garlic-ginger
  4. Add the finely chopped onions to brown to a golden colour then add the finely chopped capsicums and carrots to fry
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes to cook until full mashed
  6. Add the tomato paste and the herbs (thyme, oregano, basil and rosemary) then add water or vegetable stock. Allow to simmer gently for 20 mins
  7. Now spread your dough into a nice smooth and fork it with a fork
  8. Spread your base smoothly on the dough
  9. Add the cheddar cheese on top and take it to a preheated oven and bake for 15 mins at 180°c
  10. Have your toppings ready and mozzarella cheese grated
  11. Place your toppings and distribute them evenly on your base
  12. Add tomatoes slices on top
  13. Add grated monzella cheese
  14. Take back to oven and bake for another 15mins until all the cheese has melted
