Grind leftover rice with out water.
In a bowl add mixture of leftover rice & rava.Mix well.
Add chopped green chilli & grated ginger in the mixture.
Heat oil in kadahi.
Make a small vada from the mixture.
Deep fry all the Vada till golden brown on both sides
Now take a large bowl and pour lukewarm water and salt in it
Dip all the Vada for 5 mins.
After 5 mins press the Vada to your palm
Put all Vadas in the plate.
Now take a big bowl.Add curd, salt & little water in it.
Whisk it for 2 mins
Dip all the Vada in the curd for 15 to 30 mins.
Put all the Dahi Vada in the plate.
Spread cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, tamarind chutney and coriander leaves over it.
Serve immediately.
