Shahi paneer is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. Shahi paneer is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have shahi paneer using 16 ingredients and 12 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Shahi paneer:
  1. Prepare 2 big sized onion
  2. Take 3-4 tomatoes
  3. Get 1-2 green chilies
  4. Prepare 1-2 red chillies
  5. Take 5-7 garlic cloves
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 inch ginger
  7. Make ready 1 handful kasuri methi
  8. Get 1 bayleaf
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. Get 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  11. Make ready 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  12. Make ready 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala (optional)
  13. Take 1 cup milk
  14. Make ready 2-3 tablespoon oil
  15. Get 2 tablespoon butter
  16. Get as needed Malai used for garnishing
Steps to make Shahi paneer:
  1. Roughly chop onions, tomatoes, ginger and chili and keep aside. Peel the skin of garlic and keep aside.
  2. Take a kadhai and oil, heat well, then add roughly chopped onions, Saute for a minute or two on high flame then add tomatoes.Saute on high flame for 2 minutes. Cover it and let it cook on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Then add ginger, green chilli garlic and dry red chilli. Mix well and saute for about 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high heat.Then switch off the heat. Let it cool down.
  4. After few minutes grind it to fine and smooth consistency to make a gravy.
  5. Keep paneer in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes,then cut it into medium sized shape.
  6. Again take a kadhai, add butter, heat well, add bayleaf, kaju pieces.Then add grinded mixture.
  7. Add kasuri methi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king masala powder (optional).And mix it all nicely.
  8. Now add paneer.Mix well and let it be for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add milk.
  9. Cover it and let it cook on low heat for 6 to 8 minutes more.Switch off the heat.Garnish with malai or coriander leaves. I have garnish with ghar ki malai.
  10. Serve hot with chapati, naan,puri etc
  11. Adjust consistency and spices according to taste.
  12. In the end when the sabzi is cooked have made separated ghee tadka 1 to 2 tablespoon ghee, heat well add red chilli powder to taste and add in sabzi.This part is optional.
