  1. Take oil and ghee in a pan. Heat it and then add 1 inch cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin seeds and roast it on slow flame.

  6. Take all the vegetables and add some salt and sugar to it and boil it for 10 minutes.
  7. Then in a wok add some oil,heat it and add the puree add malai and add milk and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt.
  8. Then add boiled vegetables and crumble some paneer and add it to the puree. Then let it cook for 2 minutes. Then turn off the flame.
  9. Now the vegetable sabzi is ready to serve. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with papad and lemon and some coriander leaves
