  1. Dry Roast the items under "To prepare Chettinad Masala" and grind them to fine powder.
  2. Heat 2tbsp oil, add in the garlic pods, ginger, onions, tomato and coconut. Saute till the onions and tomatoes are soft. Let it cool down and grind them to smooth paste by adding little water.
  3. Heat a tbsp of oil, add in the items under "To Tamper" and saute for a minute.
