In a wok heat 2 tbs oil, add onion and stir-fry cook for 1' then add the pork and stir fry until brown on both sides then add the bell peppers and stir fry 1'. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, sage and mix then add the cornstarch and mix again until just boil. Remove.
