  20. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  21. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  22. Make ready 1 tsp cummin seeds
  23. Take 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  24. Take as needed Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Greens Muthiyas:
  1. Chopped all green leafy vegetables. Wash in water and keep aside. In mixing bowl add all flours.
  2. Add chopped green leafy vegetables, boiled rice, green chillies-ginger paste,salt, sugar, oil, soda bi carb, turmeric powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds.mix all.
  3. Add curd and bind to thick mixture.
  4. Roll out muthiyas from prepared mixture. Steam for 30 mins.
  5. Cool and cut into 1/2" pieces.
  6. Add & heat oil in kadhai,do tempering of mustard cummin and sesame seeds as they splutter. Add chopped steamed muthiyas pieces,mix and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve/ Relish Hot Greens Muthiyas.
