The ingredients needed to make Pani puri:
  1. Take 1 small bowl wheat flour
  2. Prepare 1 small bowl samolina(suji)
  3. Make ready 1-2 boil potato (mashed it)
  4. Get Pinch salt
  5. Make ready as needed Oil fo fry
  6. Get as needed Water
  7. Take As needed chopped Coriander leves
  8. Prepare as needed mint leaves
  9. Prepare 2-3 green chilli
  10. Prepare 1/2 carry
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Black salt
  12. Prepare 1/2 bowl bowl tamarind
  13. Make ready as needed Jaggery
Instructions to make Pani puri:
  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour and suji then add salt and 3 to 5 spoon of oil and add some water mix it and make a tight dough.
  2. Put the dough for 10 to 15 min on rest.mashed the boil potatoes on other bowl add some salt and redchilli powder and the stuffing of puri is ready.
  3. Then take small dough on flat surface with the help of barel make a small round shape like chapati. In these way make all the puri puri and lastly dip fry it in the oil.
  4. On other hand take mixture jar add chopped coriander leves mint leves,black salt green chilli and chopped carry pieces and blend it in make a paste.
  5. Remove these paste in some jug add some water and stir it well.our pani puri tastypani is ready.
  6. Soke the tamarind in water for half hour then mash it with the help of hand and separate the waste part of tamarind.we get pulp then put it in the pan add some salt and jaggery and put it on gas on low flame and boil it for 10 to 15 min.after that tamraind chutney will ready.
