Take 1 kg chicken
Take Pepper

Steps to make Mini Tortillas:
Marinate chicken in salt, pepper, red chilli powder, tomato puree and lemon juice. Leave aside for 1 hr.
In a hot pan grill chicken till done.
When done set aside to cool.
Tortilla: Sift dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and salt.
Add boiling water & knead well.
Roll into thin Tortillas(10-12).
Grill in non stick pan or Thava with butter.
Cover and keep aside.
Slice chicken into pieces.
Fill Tortillas with chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, tomato sauce & lastly top with cheese.
Bake in oven on 150° till the cheese melts and tortillas become a bit crispy.
