  5. Prepare 1 cup Maida- For the Saffron dough (Red Chilli Powder & Turmeric Powder: 1 tbsp each has been used, in it's diluted form along with 1 tbsp of carrot 🥕 juice infused with saffron strands)
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  7. Take 1 Cup Water (Lukewarm), for kneading the doughs- all 3 of them, separately
  8. Prepare 300 gms Refined/Vegetable Oil (For deep frying the puris)
  9. Get For the French Madeleines: We need to prepare White Chocolate Ganche & then colour it by taking 3 equal portions from the white one itself
  10. Take Madeleines Recipe: It's elaborate recipe, I shall share very soon herein itself or else this one ☝🏻 would be too much extensive
  11. Make ready For the White Chocolate Ganache:
  12. Make ready 150 gms of white chocolate,
  13. Make ready 50 gms medium whipping cream
  14. Get 60 gms Salted Butter
  15. Make ready 100 gms Fresh Milk
  16. Take 1 tbsp Green Matcha Tea Powder
  17. Get 1 Cup Fresh Carrot juice
  18. Make ready 1/2 Cup Orange juice
  19. Prepare 1 piece French Madeleines Mould Tray

Brush molds of a madeleine pan with butter; set aside. Make the batter: Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, and stir in honey and vanilla. From light orange to dark orange color, (even pumpkin orange) the collection of the list full of adventure.

  7. In a deep frying pan- Heat the oil sufficiently to deep fry the puris, as usual
  8. Our Tri-Coloured Puris are ready to dive into the plates
  9. For the white chocolate ganache- Mix all the aforementioned measured items one by one while stirring continuously with a whisker
  10. Keep the gas flame low and once the entire thing, thickened put off the flame
  11. Now, divide it into 3 equal parts in 3 different glass bowls
  12. For the Green Colour: Take 1 tbsp of Green Matcha Tea Powder & mix it with the white choco ganache, until well blend
  13. For the Saffron Colour: Take the aforementioned juices & mix well with the white choco ganache until well incorporated & it's colour changes
  14. Once, the Tri-Colours are well derived & gotten- Glaze the already baked & cooled Madeleines, as seen in the very pics
