Firstly chop all vegetables…and wash the socked sprouts.
To prepare the dressing grind paneer, milk, green coriander, green chilli,few mint leaves.
Grind the dressing ingredients to fine smooth creamy batter and add balck salt, crushed blackpepper and salt to taste.
Now mix the sprouts, veggies and dressing all together…add lemon juice,can be adjusted according to taste.
