Chow Mein is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Chow Mein is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook chow mein using 9 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Chow Mein:
  1. Prepare 8 oz Thin lo mein noodles
  2. Take 1 tbsp Peanut oil
  3. Prepare 1 carrot, Juliennd
  4. Get 1/2 cup head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  5. Get 1/2 Onion, sliced
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup chicken broth
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  8. Prepare 1 tsp sesame oil
  9. Get 1 sliced green onion, for topping (optional)
Instructions to make Chow Mein:
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the peanut oil.
  3. Add the carrots, cabbage and onion cook for 1 minute
  4. Add in the chicken broth, soy sauce and the sesame oil, then toss in the noodles. Top with the sliced green onions.
