Instructions to make Methi Matar Gajar Malai:
  1. Wash and chop methi
  2. In a mixie jar grind onion and green chillies
  3. In a kadai add oil put cardamom, cinnamon and cloves let it crackle.
  4. Then add onion and chilli paste, let it cook till raw smell goes
  5. Now add ginger garlic and cook for a minute
  6. Add chopped methi leaves and stir for 1-2 mins
  7. Then add boiled peas and carrot, mix all and cook
  8. Add salt and amchur powder Cook for minute.
  9. Finally add well beaten cream and immediately off the gas
  10. Your methi matar gajar malai is ready to serve
  11. I have used olive oil, and homemade lowf at cream. Less guilt free recipe.
