  2. Add wet beaten rice to the mixture to help in binding the dough for Tikkis
  3. Take small portions and form like tikkies of shape you like.
  4. Heat 2 -3 tbsp oil in a non stick pan - When oil gets heated place tikkies in the pan.
  5. Shallow fry them on both sides - Fry on very slow flame as raw broccoli is used.
  6. Remove when brown crust is made on Tikkis - Serve hot with green or sweet chutney or ketchup
