  8. Sprinkle over sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes or till tooth pick comes out clean. Mine took a little longer.
  10. Serve warm with cream or cold with a nice cup of tea or coffee!

This plum cake could also be served hot with cream or custard as a plum pudding. Not too keen on plums but fancy a fruity cake? You can also try this recipe with apricots or raspberries too.
