Peeled and cut up your pears and cut your plum in quarters.
Add your fruits in a saucepan and add some sugar. Turn heat on low heat and let it cook for 10-15 min or until they soft. After 15 min add some ground cinnamon and ginger and also lime juice and mix well. *The lime juice is optional but I love my fruit quite sharp. Now time to make crumble while waiting for fruits to cook.
To make crumble, mix butter and flour together and use your hand to crumble and mix them together. Dont over do it until they form to dough this is essential as you want your topping to be crumbly.
Add some ground cinnamon and ginger and mix well. Read to top it up on your fruit.
Once your fruits cooked, place them on a baking tray (I use pie dish)
Add your crumble on top, I like to sprinkle some decicated coconut on top too. I think it goes well with ground cinnamon and ginger.
Bake in oven for 30-45 min on 150βc. Serve with Icecream, cream or custard. Itβs entirely up to you π
