  2. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl combine butter with sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

  9. Bake 7 to 12 minutes depending on oven and size of cake. To check for doneness they should slightly spring back when touched or a toothpick comes out with just tiny crumbs.Cool a minute or two on baking sheet to firm up and transfer to a baking sheet to cool.
