I have made Chef John's amazing and versatile Mushroom Gravy many times. Than I had to make it my own. I use a combination of mushrooms. Add garlic & onions to the MR sauté.

  1. Take 200 gms Mushroom
  2. Get 1 Chopped onion
  3. Get 1 Chopped tomato

  6. Prepare 1 tsp Chilli powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  12. Prepare handful Coriander leaves

Bubbly and savory mushroom gravy takes just minutes to make. It's ready in a few easy steps! Cook Mushrooms garlic & in butter (per recipe below). Add wine making sure to scrape up any brown bits in the bottom of the pan.

Steps to make Mushroom gravy:
  1. Cut mushroom into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onion, tomato, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
  3. Add all the spices one by one and saute well. Add salt to taste.
  4. Now add the mushroom and cook well. (Don't add water as mushroom itself contain water)
  5. Cook well for 3 to 4 minutes then add fresh cream and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with chapati or stuff inside the bread as mushroom sandwich.
