  3. Take Jowar flour

  1. Take a large bowl add to it all the flours, cumin, salt, red chili powder, baking powder, kasoori methi and mix well.
  2. Add all the flours
  3. Add the remaining ingredients
  4. Add kasoori methi
  5. Add olive oil, mix the dough once again.
  6. Now add water part by part and knead to soft dough, take ½ tbsp of olive oil and coat the dough. Let is rest for 15 minute in the bowl, cover the bowl.
  7. After 15 minutes, roll the dough to 2 mm thickness and cut in desired shape. In the mean time pre-heat the oven to 200 degree celsius
  8. Roll out and cut in desired shape
  9. Arrange the cuts on a baking tray brush them with olive oil and bake them for 18-20 minutes.
  10. Brush with Olive oil
