First we prepare the dough by combining both flours,oil,salt and water…keep it aside..
Take a pan and add water in it for boiling the rolls..turn on the flame on high…
Now make tortillas with the help of roller pin…
Now add it in boiling water..cover the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes on medium flame…
Now we prepare sauce,take a pan,add oil in it,after golden brown it,add finely chopped onion till red brown,then add chopped tomatoes in it… continue stire…saute for 5 minutes…add salt and black pepper in it…add chilli flakes too…
Take it out,add oregano in it..if you like little sweet,then add some tomato catch up in it..
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes..Grease the plate..take tortilla in it one by one by placing over the layer of sauce…add cheese on it..
Keep it in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree
After that,switch off…and take it out from the oven..cut it into pieces…
